This year’s Seminar agenda is not yet final.   Final agendas will be posted as soon as speakers are confirmed.

The Seminar program will be structured to obtain 8 Oregon credits; however, please check back for the final approval on credits. Applications are being prepared for Oregon, Washington, Idaho and California, plus the Landscape Contractors Board. Call the OACFA office if you have any questions.

To receive FULL credit, you must SIGN both Morning and Afternoon attendance sheets.


$125 per person before Oct. 27th, Includes cost of program, Lunch and refreshments.
$150 if registration is received after Oct. 27.

Confirmation postcards will be provided by mail. The postcard will be sent to the address provided on the registration form. Please be certain the address is correct.

Confirmation for registrations after Oct. 27 will be provided by e-mail.

Walk-in registrations will be accepted on space available basis. Please contact OACFA regarding available seating for walk-ins.


Seminar will begin promptly at 8:00 am. Please arrive by 7:00–7:30am to check in and be ready to begin at 8:00 am. Program runs until 5:00pm. Lunch and refreshments are provided on site.

Substitutions are accepted, provided notice is given to the OACFA 24 hours in advance of the seminar. Call: 503-370-7024

Cancellations and refund request can be made until 5 days prior to the seminar. No refunds will be granted after the fact.

Refunds made by check will be subject to a $15 processing fee.
